1. Full payment is required to confirm order at least five (5) days before delivery or pick-up.

2. No refunds for cancellations of orders within five (5) days periods.

3. Delivery charges vary on location and availability.

4. Buttercups and Co will not be responsible for any damages that occur to the cakes once pick-up or delivered.

5. For pick-up, we kindly ask that you be punctual. In case of late pick-up without prior notice, a new time slot will be given for next time slot available.
